With over two decades of experience in medicine and a passion for helping others achieve their best health, Dr. Cohen brings a wealth of knowledge to this course. A highly respected figure in his field, Dr. Cohen has dedicated his career to understanding the science behind longevity and preventive health.

Dr. Cohen earned his BA in Neurophysiology from the University of California, San Diego, and his MD from the University of Health Sciences at The Chicago Medical School. His extensive training includes research fellowships and clinical experience at renowned institutions, and he served as a faculty member at UCLA’s David Geffen School of Medicine.

Why This Course?

Dr. Cohen’s motivation for creating The Longevity Course stems from a deep desire to empower individuals to take control of their health. After seeing the transformative power of simple, science-backed changes in his own patients, he wanted to create a comprehensive, accessible program from which everyone could benefit. During the Covid pandemic, he wrote a book outlining simple health hacks people could implement to strengthen their immune system and help protect them from the virus. He gave this away free, targeting vulnerable populations in the most highly affected areas. He integrated similar principles for his own patients, interested in developing their own Longevity Lifestyle. This course is his way of sharing proven strategies to help you live a longer, healthier, and more vibrant life.
